traditional style helpful staff convenient laundry
The traditional hotel's style impressed me! The staff demonstrated immense friendliness and helpfulness. The location was excellent. It was a tranquil spot not too far from the city center. The laundry facilities were very convenient.
The room service was only once every three days under eco stay, and I wish I had known this at check-in.

Excellent Stay!
ideal location free coffee clean hotel
The location proved ideal. Teramachi shopping was within walking distance. Daimaru, Takashimaya, and Donki were all near, less than 1 km away. The hotel provided free coffee and water. The hotel was spacious and clean. It was also comfortable.
I heard noises from the adjacent room. I reported it, but the staff said there was no other room available.

The hotel has free washers. The hotel has dryers which definitely helped me out. I appreciated the tea service in the room. It was excellent and very welcome.

convenient location helpful staff free laundry
The hotel is located close to transportation and provides convenient access to sightseeing. I found the staff to be helpful and efficient with every request. There were free laundry facilities, very convenient. I also appreciated the common chill room with complimentary tea and coffee.
I noticed some noise from the floor above on occasion. It impacted the otherwise quiet atmosphere.

excessive noise complaint limited understanding
the HOTEL staff told me in a letter that we made too much noise getting ready to sightsee early in the morning. this WAS annoying. i felt as if i needed to tiptoe around. it's A hotel , and people get up early to explore. the lack of understanding was frustrating.
